NOTE: If you skipped payment step you will need to arrange payment and sign contract before your membership becomes active.
Your membership is NOT active until payment is arranged and subscription is setup.

As part of the Total Point Wellness Membership, Members can visit any participating Total Point Urgent Care clinic for unlimited office visits without co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, or facility fees for the “covered services”.
